how to start
STEP 1
Customer sends us basic ideas, including size, GSM, material, color, usage scenario: drying, waxing, glass cleaning, and providing logo
Step 2
We quote and send logo placement and packaging mock-up for confirmation. Customer approves or requests revisions (usually 1–2 rounds)
step 3
Physical pre-production sample is made (lead time: 5–10 days). Express delivery (DHL/FedEx/UPS) to customer for final approval
STEP 4
After sample approved, 30%–50% deposit is paid (balance before shipment)
STEP 5
Bulk Production starts (normal lead time: 10-15 days after deposit & final approval, depending on order quantity)

Customer settles the balance after receiving production photos and inspection report, Goods shipped by sea/air/express as agreed
